M ichelle has worked in Ecological Consultancy since 2017 and has volunteered for a number of nature conservation organisations over the years. She has also undertaken various protected species surveys including those for bats, birds, otters, water voles, badgers, great crested newts and reptiles. She has also undertaken invertebrate surveys, specialising in bumble bee surveys and has experience with adder handling. She holds a CSCS card and has worked as an Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) on a wide variety of sites. Michelle has experience in writing preliminary ecological appraisals, ecological impact assessments and ecological risk assessments for a range of projects. She is currently working towards her Natural England great crested newt licence and bat licence.
