Bat Surveys & License

Bat assessments of houses in need of re-insulation at Priors Park were undertaken for The Guinness Partnership.  The assessments revealed several houses with some features suitable for roosting bats and evidence in the form of droppings. Subsequent activity surveys revealed a small population of common pipistrelle bats roosting in two of the houses on this estate.

Wild Service then applied for and obtained a Bat Low Impact Class Licence (BLIC) to enable works to proceed in an appropriate manner. All works were supervised by a Wild Service Registered Consultant.
