Senior Ecologist – Wild Service

Salary: competitive, dependent on experience, plus profit related bonus Contract: Flexible working hours, dependent on your circumstances/seasonal nature of the consultancy work

Our purpose is a simple one – to ensure nature’s recovery together with the people of Gloucestershire. We believe in involving our whole team in nature, giving everyone the opportunity to spend time as part of whole organisation and team days out on our reserves.  
We operate a hybrid working policy, allowing our team to both work from home as well as encouraging regular interaction within our newly built facilities set in a country park in the centre of Gloucester.  
The Senior Ecologist role is integral to the functioning of Wild Service our Ecological Consultancy. We work mostly in Gloucestershire and the surrounding area, making working away from home a rare event.
 
You will need to be dedicated and self-motivated in a small team to undertake a wide variety of ecological surveys, consultations, research and report writing. A willingness to work flexibly and unsociable hours to meet survey requirements is essential for the role.
